No. Finhired is a hiring and compliance platform, not a traditional recruitment agency.You control the process. We provide access to verified talent, enforce regulatory requirements, and monitor compliance. When a hire is made through the platform, a transparent success fee applies.

How does your 8% hiring fee work?

If you hire a candidate that has been sourced, verified, or processed through Finhired, we charge 8% of first-year base salary. This is significantly lower than traditional agencies that typically charge 18–25%, and it aligns our success with yours.

What am I paying the monthly fee for if there is also a hiring fee?

The monthly platform fee covers access to the system, verification workflows, role templates, monitoring, and compliance dashboards.
